TDP president Sri Nara Chandrababu Naidu today made a case against political parties entering the media forum.

Addressing a election meeting at Macherla in Guntur District the TDP president said media empire built on black money could not claim recluse under press freedom. Politicians are taking shelter under press freedom to get immunity from criminal proceedings .'Can criminal Bhanu Kiran also claim immunity after floating  a newspaper' he questioned.

Contending that the issue of Sakshi a/c seizures were not connected with press freedom, TDP president said that even in the 2G scam the a/c Kalaignar TV of DMK  was seized.

Sri Naidu said that the TDP has been alerting the society and people of AP about the corrupt practices and deeds of YSR and family but people under the influence of YSR's welfare -faced corrupt deeds were not ready accept it.

He said the YSR government had given away all government land to private sector in name of SEZ and had later targeted the land of the poor farmers even.

Sri Naidu said that the TDP was all poised to grab majority of seats in the assembly by polls. 'TDP will  give all prominence to kapu groups and in Guntur two MLA  and one MLC seat is earmarked for the community' he said.
