Telugu Desam Party Polit Bureau member P. Ashok Gajapathi Raju has said that he finds no real development except increase in corruption from State capital to village. The TDP had published a book titled “Raja of Corruption” and sought action. Had the government acted on their demand, Kadapa MP Jagan Mohan Reddy would not have been in jail now.
Speaking at the district Mini-mahanadu of Telugu Desam party, Ashok said that the Congress has the rare distinction of influencing State Governors to fulfil party agenda. While Governor Ramlal had allegedly shown indifference to the Constitution, N.D. Tiwari converted Raja Bhavan into a “brothel house”, and the present incumbent was not ready to accept resignations of ministers charge-sheeted in Jagan’s disproportionate assets case because the Cabinet had taken a decision on it.
